ABOUT MARY MAY

I am a teaching chef, food coach and Ayurveda instructor. I bring a world view to my unique blend of culinary arts, having lived in the international gateway cities of Tokyo, New York, Sydney, Madrid, Mexico City, Dallas, Orlando and Miami for much of my adult life.
 
My experience informs my knowledge that feeding our bodies well, nurturing our spirits and keeping an engaging, positive, reflective mind helps each individual to reach her or his full potential. Part of my profound interest has been in providing my family with easy, healthy meals and watching my three children grow up with a knowledge of good food. I now enjoy imparting the healing wisdom of healthy food to my students and to my grandchildren.  
 
I am a blue ribbon graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education, NYC and a Chopra Certified Ayurveda Instructor. I also hold a MBA in International Business. I now reside in Bozeman, Montana.
